  1. Indicative Arrangements: Flowers shown are indicative. Actual arrangements may vary due to seasonal availability or factors beyond our control.
  2. Substitutions: If ordered flowers other items are unavailable in the delivery city, we will substitute with the best available product of equal or higher value.
  3. Delivery Timeline:
    • Same day in metropolitan cities.
    • Within 1 business day in major cities/towns.
    • Within 2–3 business days in other areas.
  4. Uncontrollable Circumstances: Certain deliveries may not be possible. In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided.
  5. Refund Claims: No claim other than a 100% refund is tenable. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non-delivery.
  6. Quality Complaints: If the product quality is unsatisfactory, we may re-deliver or refund (subject to approval). Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  7. Order Cancellation: Request at least 24 hours before delivery/shipment. A 7% deduction applies towards card processing charges.
  8. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  9. Jurisdiction: All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Delhi, India.
  10. Perishable Items: Flowers are considered delivered if the receiver/representative is not available at the time of delivery. We usually call before delivery.
  11. Courier Deliveries: Chocolates, dry fruits, leather bags, watches, etc., are dispatched via courier; exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
  12. MRP Products: Prices include service, delivery, and online transaction costs. These may not be shown separately due to technical limitations.
  13. Fresh: Freshly Flowers are available only after 10:30 AM. On request, prior-day Flowers may be refrigerated and delivered next morning (not advised).
  14. Delivery Time: We guarantee delivery on the date, but not a specific time. Orders are processed at the earliest possible time.
  15. Delivery Charges:
    • Some products include free delivery within city limits; some may have extra charges as per location/city.
    • After delivery, a link may be shared to pay any extra charge if required. We won’t hold or delay your order for this.
  16. Trademarks & Beverages: All logos/trademarks belong to respective companies. Wine/Champagne (Sparkling Wine) items listed are non-alcoholic.
  17. Late Orders: Orders received after 5 PM IST are normally processed as next-day orders; we’ll still try same-day delivery (phone confirmation appreciated).
  18. Refusal Policy: FlowerShopIndia.com may refuse delivery of any order without assigning a reason. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
  19. Jurisdiction (Repeat): All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Delhi, India.
  20. Octroi: Any applicable Octroi will be paid by the consignee, as per the recipient state’s rules.
  21. International Deliveries: For couriered international orders, any customs duties/taxes levied by the recipient country must be borne by the customer.
  22. Valentine’s Pricing: Due to market rates, prices increase for deliveries on 12th–15th February.
  23. Price Changes: FlowerBookay.com reserves the right to increase or decrease product prices at any time.
